plummet to a point of losing nearly 40% of the

With her Master's in

what I know. Once you find a house that you like,
the real business starts. The deals are out there
from people that are selling without a choice. If
you are buying a Short Sale, you better have someone
who knows how to package it, or you will spend
MONTHS waiting for nothing. I also know that loans
are not that easy - Money is tight! But things
change every day. You need someone who knows how to
get you the financing. But, as I said, money is
tight; there are no more 100% financing deals out
there. But rates are still at an all-time low, and
you do not have to come up with 20% down.
So here's the plan:
